In-depth Reference Interviews

In-depth reference interviews are RefCheckSM’s most extensive screening option, and are recommended for candidates for all management-, senior management-, and executive-level openings.

We conduct in-depth personal interviews with references identified through applications and résumés, asking questions tailored to each position’s level, description, and your needs. We will provide you information about a candidate’s performance, professional skills, strengths, weaknesses, and reliability, and also provide information to help you determine whether a candidate is a good fit for your organization and culture based on his or her personality style, social interests, and community involvement.

Our reference checks are really reference interviews with former managers, business colleagues, co-workers and other professional references, tailored to obtain the information you need to make the best possible selection decisions.
